Our 3 bedroom and 2 bath canal front rental in Cape Coral was just so beautiful, so spacious and spotlessly clean. My husband booked this property for my girlfriends and me as a girls getaway trip for my 60th birthday. We all LOVED this Cape Coral house. The gorgeous views of passing boats and the thrill of watching dolphins swim right up to the property was an absolute dream. The amenities are fantastic as beach towels and linens all provided and the house is also equipped with a washer/dryer too. The pristine pool, relaxing hot tub and fully equipped kitchen makes for such a wonderful home away from home vacation place. This vacation home is perfectly situated within short 5-10 mins drive to many great restaurants and bars (Tiki Hut, Jungle Tiki, Monkey bar and restaurant and several places off 47th terrace as well). The exceptional service made our trip. Hans, the host owner responded to a question we had in a timely manner. Bob the pool maintenance guy is super friendly, and Rolf, the property manager, personally welcomed us and provided all the information we needed about the house. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation experience in Cape Coral and we highly recommend this property.
This home was absolutely perfect, we seen dolphins everyday and even 2 little sharks. Also seen a stingray as well. The home was clean and had everything we needed to have an amazing time. The property owner and property manager were great and replied to my messages instantly. I highly recommend staying at this home in cape coral, you will not regret it.
My wife & I stayed here for the week of Memorial Day, 2026 and loved it. The house was very clean and well maintained. The house is well furnished and comfortable, with all household items needed for our stay. The lanai, pool and backyard are wonderful with incredible views. We saw dolphins on several days, in the late afternoon. The grounds are lovely and also well maintained. I even had a neighbor ask if we owned the house because they were also impressed by the grounds and wanted to know who the landscaping company was. During our stay, I was able to meet the landscapers and provide the neighbors with their business card. I will also mention that Ralph, the property manager was very accommodating and reached out to us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer suggestions for restaurants and activities. If you are considering this house for your vacation I highly recommend it. We did not want to leave at the end of our stay and look forward to coming back!
