We had a very good overall experience. The house was nice and had everything we needed to be there. Extra towels, floats, chairs, all cooking utensils and so much more! We will definitely be back and will share with our friends and family! However I will be bringing my own pillow next time, they need a little updated and the beds are on the harder side (which some might like). One other thing is, I wish I would’ve understood the electric bill a little better. Even though we didn’t owe much at check out, I feel as though maybe there should be an after a certain amount you owe price, not just you pay the full amount. Thankfully it was just my husband and I and we didn’t use much.The property manger (Ralph) was so nice and helpful, the pool maintenance man (Bob), was so very kind and gave some good recommendations. And Amy’s Boat rental (Bernie and his wife) were a joy to work with! Overall we had a fabulous time!! Thank you thank you!
Our week long stay was absolutly spectacular. We played golf at two terrific courses, enjoyed the pool with it's unique view and celebrated a birthday with our son. The weather cooperated and gave us many opportunities to swim and just sit back and relax. We found everything that we needed provided by the owner and the manager was very responsive.
The whole experience was amazing. This was our second time vacationing in Cape Coral and this home was perfect match for our family. The pool was great along with the views, excellent location to enjoy those Florida sunsets. The home is super clean and kitchen is nicely equipped with all your cooking needs. The home owner Hans was very responsive and accommodating along with the property manager Ralph, from the easy check-in to check-out he was there whenever we needed him. Thank you both for your help in making our family vacation a memorable one.
