We are a regular VRBO travelers and would rate the Villa Romantic as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to see. Also close to supermarkets which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful vacation villa.

he house is lovely. Our first impression on arrival was that the house created a very professional and very clean impression. The house is very well stocked with kitchenware and cutlery, kitchen towel, bathroom supplies (soap/toilet roll) and towels which makes a huge difference to new arrivals. The bedrooms are all a great size. The view is stunning and the pool and lanai area with BBQ, which is wonderful, is where we spent most of our time. Unfortunately we did not see manatees or dolphins - although we rented a boat and saw dolphins on the way to Cabbage Key. The location is great and we enjoyed playing tennis and visiting some of the restaurants recommended by Hans. Hans and his property manager were so easy to deal with and that makes a difference to renters. We highly recommend a holiday at this villa.
