If I could give 10 stars I would. What a beautiful home and location. The views are spectacular! I could sit outside for hours just looking at the water views, watching the dolphins play in the canal, the stingray feeding at night and watching all the different types of fish from the dock. We typically stay in Sanibel but because of the damage from the hurricane we chose to stay in Cape Coral. We were not disappointed. The location is great, close to all types of restaurants, shopping and the marina. And close enough to take a ride to Sanibel to support the open businesses. If the house was available in November, we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. We are going to keep an eye on the availability and hopefully find a time to come back. Thank you for the memories.
If you are looking for the perfect waterfront vacation in Cape Coral, Florida, look no further than this phenomenal villa! From start to finish the experience was just amazing. The owner completely renovated and redecorated the entire house in early 2023 and the result is a space that is both tasteful and of high quality. You can tell that a lot of thought and care went into every detail. The villa is spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds are super comfy and inviting, and we all slept well every night. The pool and hot tub are spotlessly clean and well maintained, and we spent countless hours lounging in the sun and soaking in the refreshing waters. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast and we enjoyed several meals at home during our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the daily visit of a friendly dolphin who greeted us in the channel every morning. It was a magical experience that we won't soon forget! And throughout our stay we felt well looked after by the property manager Ralph and the amazing host Hans and their hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, I cannot recommend this waterfront vacation villa enough.
We are a regular VRBO travelers and would rate the Villa Romantic as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to see. Also close to supermarkets which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful vacation villa.
