Through the wide canal at the Villa Romantic you can reach the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico – without annoying locks or bridge passages – in just one minute (!) because the Villa Romantic is located on a unique 21,500 sq ft waterfront lot (cul-de-sac) directly at the canal exit to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico.
In the vicinity of the “Sunstate Villa Romantic” you will find various supermarkets, bakery, butcher, drugstore, hairdresser, many restaurants and other shops. The Cape Coral Yacht Club with tennis courts, the adjacent Cape Coral Fishing Pier and a (mostly quiet) fine sandy beach is also within walking distance …
The exclusive equipment …
… the Sunstate Villa Romantic is far above the usual rental standard of other holiday homes. This applies to the exclusive flooring, the generous kitchen fittings, our pool and garden design and of course also the furnishing of the house.
In addition to a large comfortable living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the adjoining dining room, Villa Romantic also offers a small bar, three spacious bedrooms large walk-in closets for two people each, two separate bathrooms and makes the holiday pleasant and comfortable for families up to 6 people, or even with friends.
Of course, the entire house is fully air-conditioned and our guests have free high-speed WiFi so that you can use the internet with your personal devices at any time during your stay.
Living & Sleeping
The living area offers a fine Italian leather set with chaise longue and single armchair, as well as a 56 inch flat TV and a BOSE sound system with iPod connection for your entertainment. The large sliding glass doors can be completely opened, connecting the living room and the open kitchen with the beautiful terrace. All living rooms are completely tiled for comfort and hygiene reasons.
The adjoining, exclusive kitchen is equipped with an open counter, high-quality stainless steel appliances consisting of a large fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and granite countertops. Adjacent you will find the elegant dining room with large windows to the pool and great views of the canal. The cosy kitchen counter also invites you to cook together or have a snack in between.
Relax with a nice book in our comfortable reading corner, or enjoy a self-mixed cocktail or a glass of champagne at your private “romantic bar” …
The “master suite” with large slider windows (and a breathtaking view of the Calossahatsee River) also has direct access to the pool area. The suite has a large king-size bed (200x200cm), TV, telephone and its own “in-suite” bathroom with double vanity, sep. Toilet room and an open, walk-in shower.
In all bathrooms, of course, there are towels in sufficient number and size, as well as a hairdryer for your personal comfort.
The guest rooms “Bahama Breeze” (bottom left) and “Sea Shell” (bottom right) each have a queen-size double bed, LCD flatscreen TV, telephone and a large walk-in closet. The “Bahama Breeze” guest room also has direct access to the large pool deck. The two guest rooms share a bathroom with toilet, open shower and a large double vanity.
The spacious terrace …
… is probably the “most important living space” in Florida and is therefore equipped with a full seating set for 8 people, e.g. for your breakfast directly under the Florida sun, as well as a large BBQ for the evening barbecue.
The entire outdoor area is , as is usually in Florida – for your comfort of course also “screened”. The screen consists of a fine fly screen, which is virtually invisible from the inside and not only provides protection against possible mosquitoes etc. and pool contamination by foliage, but also reduces the sun’s irradiation by a pleasant 25 percent.
The luxurious pool …
… Covers almost 550 sq ft. of refreshing wetness and is south-facing, so you can enjoy the sunny climate of Florida to the fullest from early morning to evening. As a special highlight, the pool area was additionally extended with an exclusive, large jacuzzi (whirlpool). Of course, both the large freshwater pool and the new jacuzzi can be heated separately if required to ensure pleasant bathing temperatures all year round.
The pool technology is based on a modern, low-chlorine cleaning system, which is very pleasant not only for children and sensitive people. Of course, the pool technology and water quality are regularly checked by our pool service.
The boat dock with romantic tiki hut …
Just go fishing directly from our new boat dock at the house, or start from here with our kayaks to a lift through the canals, or like the sleek motorboat for an unforgettable trip to the Gulf of Mexico.
In a short time you can reach the beautiful island of Sanibel Island, or the snow-white long beach and the lively life of Fort Myers Beach.
Wenn Sie noch kein Motorboot gefahren haben, ist das kein Problem: In USA gibt es keine Bootsführerscheinpflicht (wie z.B. in Europa) und unser lizensierter Captain macht mit Ihnen eine ausführliche Einweisungsfahrt, um Sie mit dem Motorboot und den Gewässern rund um Cape Coral bekannt zu machen.
All the beauty of the coast …
… Southwest Florida with its picturesque bays, the many keys (small, uninhabited islands), mangrove forests and especially the snow-white, shell-covered beaches you can only experience from the water. Immediately after leaving the canal you will be able to watch dolphins playing, or pelicans while fishing. Also many restaurants are on the water, have their own berths and spoil you with excellent seafood, or snacks in between.
