The property was as depicted and was spotless. Well equipped and it was a $1 million view. Enjoyed sitting out on the screened pool area drinking my morning coffee and evening wine. We ate fresh mangoes from a tree right in the yard. We brought our boat down which is why we chose this home and location. It has a lift and dock area for the boat. The boat ramp is a short drive to the Coral Gables Yacht club. You are right out the outlet into the Gulf, but be prepared for the "Miserable Mile", a mile of no wake zone, but with the summer breeze blowing, who cares! It is a short boat ride over to Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa (large island which is all state park), perfect for snorkeling, tarpon fishing, or shell hunting. The home is close to any type of restaurant you want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and yard are beautiful and we would definately go back and recommend it to friends.

This was a perfect location for a quiet family vacation during Covid-19. Secluded, equipped with everything we could need/want during our stay and the most serene change of scenery we could have wished for. It was exactly what we needed! It would be a true privilege to come back to this lovely home!

We loved the home! Clean and nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Ralph Dietz, the property manager, was quick to respond and got it replace right away. At first we were worried about paying cash at the end of our stay for our kilowatt usage, as we did not know how much we would be charged. We were very careful with our energy usage and tried to keep the doors closed. We were pleasantly surprised, and our energy costs were very low! We now understand that without this policy in place, people would leave the doors open and create a high energy bill. We loved this place!
